NelsHenderson has taught marketing courses in strategy, web commerce, and web analytics for over 30 years.He also has been responsible for web optimization and content management for Citrix Systems, managed and consulted for political campaigns from Mayor to Congress, and served as president of the board to several non-profit organizations in Santa Barbara, California. Highly trained in Agile methodology, leadership, and facilitation skills, Nels received his BA in Political Science at the University of California at Santa Barbara. He also holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Management from Antioch University.
Don Blumenthal served two Fortune 100corporations as theVice Presidentof Marketing for Tyson Foods, Inc. and Vice President and General Manager for ConAgra, Inc. He earned his degree of higher learning at Towson University in Maryland. He is currently the Principal of Top Line Success, LLC, a business and industry marketing and sales consultancy. Don counsels and coaches’ companies on branding initiatives, sales execution, and overall strategic and marketing management. He has beena frequent industry speaker at national and international marketing and media conferences. In addition, Don is also a faculty member atThe University of California, Santa Barbara’s Professional and Continuing Education departmentwhere he teaches Business and Personal branding, Selling for Non-Sales Professionals and Business Negotiation. Along with teaching at UCSB Don has served as the Career Coach at one of the top community colleges in the United States, City College of Santa Barbaraand as an adjunct faculty member at Antioch University in California. Don’s hands-on teaching approach and student-centered learning philosophy encourages student interaction, offers flexibility,and promotes successin the classroom and beyond.
